一、性能、特點及用途--Performance,characteristics and application
冷卻液集中過濾系統(tǒng)主要用于機床加工線冷卻液的集中冷卻與集中過濾。主要組成為刮板排屑機
、負壓紙帶過濾機、冷卻液配液裝置、供液泵組、冷卻液防腐系統(tǒng) 、PLC電氣控制系統(tǒng)、回液泵站等
。冷卻液集中過濾的供液和回液大體有三種方案:一是上供
、上排;二是上供、下排;三是下供
、下排
。方案的選擇取決于廠房條件和切屑性質(zhì)，按用戶的具體情況設(shè)計方案。集中過濾可配油水分離、凈化再生和比例加液自動補水裝置，可長期保持冷卻液的使用壽命，保持車間衛(wèi)生，節(jié)省費用，創(chuàng)造良好的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境。

集中過濾系統(tǒng)采用的是負壓式紙帶過濾方式
，變頻恒壓節(jié)能供液。高精度、大流量，可24小時連續(xù)供液;變頻泵恒壓供液;全自動控制運行、模擬工況顯示、故障顯示及報警;設(shè)備運行可靠穩(wěn)定，故障率低;防腐系統(tǒng)大大延長乳化液的使用壽命;加工溫度波動小，*高過濾精度30um。(根據(jù)用戶現(xiàn)場工況，可提供冷卻液恒溫控制)。It adopts the negative pressure paper tape filtering mode, frequency conversion constant pressure energy saving liquid supply. high precision, large flow, 24 hours continuous liquid supply; variable frequency pump constant pressure liquid supply; automatic control operation, simulation condition display, fault display and alarm; the equipment runs reliably and stably with low failure rate; the anti-corrosion system greatly prolongs the service life of the emulsion; the processing temperature fluctuation is small, and the highest filtration accuracy is 30um.
