AK-LX系列螺旋排屑機(jī)適用于有限空間的應(yīng)用工況
，螺旋輸送機(jī)安裝使用方便，故障率低。針對(duì)粉狀、顆粒狀或長(zhǎng)度小于100mm的切屑有著良好的輸送效果。這種排屑機(jī)通常是清楚加工區(qū)域中切屑的第一步，通常與其它排屑機(jī)配合適用，可以解決智能沿水平軸向排屑的問題，以達(dá)到排屑方向和高度的變化。主要應(yīng)用于臥式加工中心、五軸加工中心AK-LX Auger Chip Conveyor is suitable for applications with limited space. the screw conveyor is easy to install and use, and has a low failure rate. it has a good conveying effect for powdery, granular or chips less than 100mm in length. this chip conveyor is usually the first step to clear the chips in the processing area. it is usually used in conjunction with other chip conveyors to solve the problem of intelligent chip removal along the horizontal axis to achieve changes in chip removal direction and height.it is mainly used in horizontal machining centers, five-axis machining centers, cnc grinders or applications with limited space.
